How do I cancel my DueZen subscription?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by DueZen. On iOS, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → DueZen → Cancel. On Android, open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → DueZen → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open DueZen on the new device, sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription, then tap Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your active subscription will be detected and re-linked automatically.

How do I delete my DueZen account and data?

Accepted Answer

Open DueZen → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm. The app erases all on-device data immediately. If you also want to cancel a paid subscription, do that separately through your App Store or Google Play settings — see the cancellation question above. I lost my data after switching phones — can I recover it?

Accepted Answer

DueZen stores everything on-device, so data only survives a phone change if iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google One backup (Android) was enabled before the switch. If those backups were on, restore the new phone from backup and DueZen's data comes with it. If backups were off, the data is gone — DueZen cannot recover it because we never had a copy on a server.

Question 5

The app is crashing or freezing — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

First, force-quit DueZen and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your phone. If it still happens, check that you're on the latest version in the App Store or Google Play. If the problem continues, send a note via the contact form below — include your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when the crash happened.

I was charged after my free trial — can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google directly, not by DueZen. On iOS, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, go to Google Play → tap profile → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and order history → tap the order → Request a refund. Question 7

How do I export my data?

Accepted Answer

DueZen → Settings → Data → Export to CSV. You'll get a CSV containing your bills, subscriptions, savings goals, and Fund Flow allocations. The file is generated on-device and saved through your phone's standard share sheet.

Where do I find my receipts?

Accepted Answer

Subscription receipts come from Apple or Google, not DueZen. On iOS, check email from Apple, or open Settings → tap your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History. On Android, sign in at pay.google.com and view your subscription order.
